Risk sets the floor. High or critical business disruption routes to high support—even with a small audience.
Complexity and reach add coordination. Hard change needs at least medium support; broad, hard change routes to high.
Value is an opportunity, not a risk score. High adoption value strengthens the value plan. It does not automatically mean a bigger change team.
Unknown means investigate. Missing or uncertain information routes to review, unless known high risk already requires high support.
Assessment inputs are held in browser memory only. This prototype has no analytics, tracking, uploads, account forms or data submission. Refreshing clears the assessment. The hosting platform may process normal access logs. Downloads are created on your device.
Use a non-confidential project label. This assessment is not an operational, safety, legal or compliance approval. Validate critical risks with accountable specialists before launch. Thresholds are provisional; internal capability, available time and local context still matter.
